3. You will not share your password, (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
4. You will not post content or take any action on Firstdu that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
5. We can remove any content or information you post on Firstdu if we believe that it violates this Statement.
6. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Firstdu.
7. We do not own the content that you post on our website. However, if you post your content on our website, you agree that we could use it on other servcies we provided at firstdu.com. For example, if you post a picture and set the privacy as 'public', we could forward your picture to people that follow you.
8. If your content violates others' copyright, we reserve the right to remove it from our website per the request of the owner of the content.
9. You or your applications are not allowed to abuse our servcies at any time in any means. We reserve the right to terminate our services to you and/or your applications. If that happens, you will be given on week to backup your content from our website before we terminate your servcies.
Liability & Discrimination
1. We are not responsible for any loss in any means for your content posted on our website. You should not use our services for data storage purpose and you must responsible for any loss incurred.
2. If your website uses our internet platform services to enable content management, we are not responsible to maintain the connection to your website. Consequently, we are not responsible for service interruption on your website or any loss incurred due to the loss of connection to our platform. In addition, your website must validate the data received from our platform before apply it and we are not responsible for interruption of your website's service or any loss incurred.
Change of Terms of Services
We may change this Terms of Services. Unless stated otherwise, our current Terms of Services applies to all your services on our website. If we make changes to this Terms of Servcies we will update the publication here. If the changes are material, we will send you a short message and you should be able to receive it right after you logon to our services. We may also email you if your email is maintained current.
